Partnerships & Networks

In order to diversify the voices and platforms to influence education policy change it is necessary to build alliances. EFANet has built a wide network and has a variety of partnerships at the local, national, regional and international level. Such strategic partnerships are found with a variety of grassroots organisations through the regional EFANet chapters, with the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (MoBSE) and the National Assembly and other CSOs, national and international NGOs. EFANet is a member to Africa Network Campaign on Education For All (ANCEFA) and Global Campaign for Education (GCE).

Effective partnerships and networking with government, CSOs, the media, the private sector and donors has resulted in a harnessing of energies and resources to achieve a common vision and purpose. Through these partnerships the right to EFANet is being fulfilled through the rights based approach coupled with a pro-poor, gender responsive and inclusive education policies, programmes and activities.
